Aksana Miankova is a Belarusian hammer thrower. She won the Olympic gold medal in 2008 with a throw of 76.34 metres, an Olympic record.
She also finished fifth at the 2005 Summer Universiade, and competed at the 2002 European Championships, the 2003 World Championships and the 2007 World Championships without reaching the final.
Her personal best throw is 77.32 metres, achieved in June 2008 in Minsk. This is the third longest throw by a woman.
